Julie Leggs, CPA - Owner

I began my career with Deloitte as an auditor, building a strong technical foundation in accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting. Over the past 26 years as a CPA, I’ve developed a unique combination of experience as both an audit and tax professional, an entrepreneur, and a financial leader in private industry. I have served in roles including Controller, CFO, General Manager, and Financial Strategist, and I have advised on mergers, acquisitions, and business purchases and sales. Today, I dedicate the majority of my time to serving as a CFO and tax strategist for a select group of larger clients, while also overseeing monthly bookkeeping and accounting operations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and strong financial systems.

My entrepreneurial drive began early in life and continues to shape how I serve my clients. I am passionate about delivering exceptional value and customer service, helping business owners truly understand their numbers, and partnering with them strategically so they remain aligned with their long-term goals. I believe financial information should empower confident decision-making and provide direction, not overwhelm.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing games and laughing a lot, traveling and exploring new places, and staying actively involved in my church and local community.

Janna Burch - Accountant

I have been involved in bookkeeping and accounting for over 30 years, serving in both part-time and full-time capacities throughout different seasons of life. From my early start as a weekend bookkeeper to formal accounting training and work with the State of Oregon, I have built a strong foundation in accounting. Over the years, I’ve supported churches, manufacturing companies, and accounting firms, gaining broad, hands-on experience across a variety of industries.

Outside of work, I treasure time with my family, grandchildren, and church community. I enjoy sewing, reading, puzzles, hiking, and camping, and once rode my recumbent bicycle from Monmouth to and across the Golden Gate Bridge.
